Including royalty. 4 E/W cutting in or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge including royalty 9.00 cum. 5 Dismantling of old interlocking tiles pavement including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within lead of 50m as per direction of engineer in charge. 6 Cartage of silt, sludge kankar and other disposable organic material etc. all complete with labor T&P including cartage of 8 km. 7 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand :10 Stone Ballast 40 mm guages) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 8 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 12MM Thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not including 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. (10 mm to 12mm tor (TMT Bars). 13 Finishing walls putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give and even shade over and including curing and cost of all materials. 14 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufactured and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr./10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat. 15 Providing, Laying and spreading 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 whose steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying the brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering. 16 Supply and laying stone dust etc. all complete. 17 Consolidation/Compaction of stone ballast 10cm thick (loose) coat including repairing of patches picking up to old surface spreading, ballast making medhies to retain water and carriage of metal upto 30m carriage of water upto 200m maintenance of barriers and all labour T&P including road roller charges etc. required for proper completion of work the stone ballast is to be supplied to the contractor free of cost at site. 18 Supply & fixing of pre-cast M-30 cement concrete RUBBER MOLD INTERLOCKING TILES over 40mm thick local sand bed, with 3mm thick joints filled with local sand including leveling, tempering and sweeping etc., interlocking bricks will be as description given in direction issued by the IRCSC-03-2004 and should be ISI marked all complete. 80mm thick, Strength should not less than M-30. (tiles shape decided by Engineer-in-charge with ISI Mark) 19 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) aggregate (20 mm nominal size) and cutting complete including cost of form work.
