Integrated Facility Management Services at New Town Business Club & The Club Banquet (Gr. Floor of Pride Hotel) at Action Area – I, New Town, Kolkata (for02 years)- Facility Manager for heading the entire facility team of Office as Single point of contact & overall in charge of FM On- site Operations. 2 Helper of Technician Service (Plumber) Semi skilled 3 Fireman with sufficient Experience (Skilled) 4 Cleaner/ Sweeper (Housekeeping staff) 5 Assistant ( Supervisor Housekeeping) 6 Helper (Ball Boy for Tennis Court) 7 Utility Workers /Attendants for Gymnasium, change room, games room, guest room, office etc. (unskilled) 8 Assistant Supervisor (Security Supervisor for supervision of premises safety & Security works (Semi skilled). 9 SecurityGuards (unskilled) 10 Associated Services 11 Supplying high quality housekeeping cleaning agents / Toiletries / chemicals & appropriate tools/equipment’s to maintain highest level of hygiene & sanitation by killing micro organisms & reducing the organism load on toilet / wash area floors and for removal of organic material & suspended grease or oil from other surfaces as per list furnished in the tender doc & direction of EIC. 12 Integrated Pest Control Services like Spraying for adult mosquito on wall of ground floor and basement, Fogging / ULV spraying at ground floor and basement in the eveningagainst adult mosquito, Indoor residual treatment with spray against cockroach etc.and treatment against cockroach, Rodent baiting at ground floor, basement and lobby as required, Anti larval spraying. (Including Services Required As & When - Rodent Control & Anti Larva Treatment).Twice every month. 13 Garbage Disposal on daily basis from all the floors to centralized waste storage area including canteen, auditorium, external area to the designated place for collection by the authority. The garbage bins are to be disinfected every alternate day. 14 Facade Cleaningincluding providing all basic accessories, equipment needed for personal safety of the cleaner and to carry out the facade cleaning. All equipments will be arranged by the agencylike cherry pick cart and other machines to reach the elevated heights (apportioned on monthly cost basis ).(Twice every month.) 15 Charges for underground reservoir ( once in every quarter) & Over Head tank cleaningOverhead 15000 lts (5000X3) and underground 455000 lts ( 6 tanks) using Sodium Hypochlorite & UV. (apportioned on monthly cost basis ). 16 AddG.S.T. @ 18% from Serial 01 to 10.05 17 Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% Serial 01 to 11
