ARMO works at FSD Manmad during the year 2025-26(SH : Repairs to rolling shutters,godown ancillaries& other misc repairs including pre-post monsoon repairs).; 1 Repairing of roof of godowns with water proofing material such as Bitumen felt/bitumen/tarplastic or any other water proofing material etc approved by the Engrin charge with and including replacement of bitumen washer and tightening of J hooks & nuts wherever required ( Details of cost for 5000 MT capacity godown) for full period of contract. 2 Repairing and maintenance of G.I. profile sheet roofing ofgodown withmaterial such as silicon sealent, self drilling / tapping screws of size 5.5x55 mm with EPDM seal , includinggreasing of turbo ventilators as and when required during the contract period complete as perthe directions of Engineer in charge. (Details of cost for 5000 MT capacity godowns) 3 Cleaning of internal drains, Nallah storm water drains (of all sizes) etc for smooth flow of water including disposal of rubbish outside the premises with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge. 4 Cleaning chambers/ manholesof all sizes including horizontal pipes inside godowns and on platform of godowns including getting earth, rubbish etc and disposal outside the depot premises in the authorised dumping ground for easy drain out of rain water from valley gutters as per direction of Engr in charge. 5 Cleaning valley gutters along centre of godowns of old design at height about 18 feet by removing dust etc including disposal outside the depot premises in the authorised dumping ground for easy drainout of rain water as per directins of Engineer in charge. 6 Providing and fixing 6 mm AC sheet in roofing including dismantling damaged / broken AC sheets upto any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hook bolts& nuts 8 mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washer etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge including cutting sheets to required size and shape whereever required and stacking the dismantled AC sheets etc complete. 7 Providing and fixing ridges and hips in asbestos cement sheets roofing close filling adjustable ridgescomplete all as directed by Engr in charge. 8 Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. : 2 mm thick corrugated (2.5 or 4.2 or 6) or step-down (2 or 3 or 6 ) as specified 9 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm + 0.05 % total coated thickness, Zinc coating120grams per sqm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500-600 mm) 10 Repairing , servicing & over oilingof rolling shutters of all sizes including greasing, oiling, tensioning of springs also replacing the damaged parts of rolling shutterslike laths, shafts, pulleys, side guides, bottom plates welding of locking hooks, handles etc. complete (if required)so as to make its operation smooth . Necessary required parts for rolling shutters shall be supplied free of cost by department. Grease/Oil is to be arranged by the contractor. 11 Supply of springs of grade No. 2 of 45 cm length( Internal dia 10 cm minimum) , of Minimum wt 6.00 kg, made out of 6 mm dia rod including loading, unloading and transportation at site and inclusive all taxes except GST etc. complete. 12 Supply of shafts of approved quality for rolling shutters ofall sizesof 40mm dia. MS pipe medium dutyincluding loading, unloading and transportation and including all taxes except GST etc. complete. 13 Supply of M.S. wheel of required size for rolling shutter of approved quality including loading, unloading and transportation at site and inclusive of all taxes except GST etc. complete. 14 Supply of M.S.laths of size 80mm x 0.90 mm for Rolling shutterof approved quality including all taxes except GST transportation, loading, unloading & stacking at site etc. complete. 15 Demolishing cement concretemanually/ by mechanical means includingdisposal ofmaterial within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( i/c equivalent design mix ) 16 Demolishing cement concretemanually/ by mechanical means includingdisposal ofmaterial within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(B) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix ( i/c equivalent design mix ) 17 Demolishing stone rubblemasonry workmanually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar 18 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.(A) Of thickness 10mm to 25 mm 19 Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead. 20 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos cement sheet 21 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar 22 Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles. 23 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm + 0.05 %, total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqmas per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 24 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm 78 Cleaning ofterrace /loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacityat all heights with coconut brishes, duster etc. , removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.50 gm per litre capacityof tank , including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tankbodywith the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge. ( The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not wriiten with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) 79 Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80 Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm metre 81 Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-(i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall becleaned of silt and other deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughlywith wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all looseparticles shall be removal from the surface.(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc.as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 82 Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 83 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 84 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
