U-tube bundle for E232 exchanger made of Seamless cold drawn stainless steel (SS316) tubes conforming to ASTMA213-TP316.Tubes bend in U-shape as per MFL drawing 3-10-14-1149 Rev1.General notes and Ferrite content are specified in the MFL drawing.1.Tube Bundle Manufacturer to submit Manufacturer\"s Test Certificate fortubes procured and used for manufacturing the tube bundle viz (A)Mechanical Test for Tensile Strength, Hardness Flattening andflaring,(B)Heat Treatment.2.Dimensional checked report3.100% Hydro static test report4.Product analysis5.Warranty certificate6.Tubes should be of Indian make only7.Manufacturer has to submit quotation along with QAP and to obtain MFL approval before commencing the job8. Tube Bundle Manufacturer to conduct inspection of the tube bundle by engaging any one of the MFL approved Third party inspection agencies viz. M/s. LLOYDS,BVQL, EIL, IRQS, IRS, Box Council, BVIS, DNV, PDIL.9. Manufacture\"s test certificate and Third party inspection (TPI) certificate to be provided along with the supply.
