Tubes Bend In U-Shape As Per Mfl Drawing 3-10-14-1149 Rev1. General Notes And Ferrite Content Are Specified In The Mfl Drawing. 1.Tube Bundle Manufacturer To Submit Manufacturers Test Certificate For Tubes Procured And Used For Manufacturing The Tube Bundle Viz (A)Mechanical Test For Tensile Strength, Hardness Flattening Andflaring, (B)Heat Treatment. 2.Dimensional Checked Report 3.100% Hydro Static Test Report 4.Product Analysis 5.Warranty Certificate 6.Tubes Should Be Of Indian Make Only 7.Manufacturer Has To Submit Quotation Along With Qap And To Obtain Mfl Approval Before Commencing The Job 8. Tube Bundle Manufacturer To Conduct Inspection Of The Tube Bundle By Engaging Any One Of The Mfl Approved Third Party Inspection Agencies Viz. M/S. Lloyds,Bvql, Eil, Irqs, Irs, Box Council, Bvis, Dnv, Pdil. 9. Manufactures Test Certificate And Third Party Inspection (Tpi) Certificate To Be Provided Along With The Supply.
