    Tender For Cedc/North - Carrying Out Improvement Works To The 6P Typequarters At Seeranaickenpalayam 110/11 Kv Ss Premises; 1 Chipping the existing damaged PCC and clearing away from the site including cost of labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. 2 Chipping the existing plastered wall surface in the building and clearing away from the site including cost of labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. 3 Plain cement concrete in CC 1:2:4, using 6mm HBG metal including cost of all materials,chemical, labour charges including consolidation, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete. 4 Plastering with CM 1:5, 12 mm thickusing nitobond EP/water proofing compound including the cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete. 5 Colour washing two coats using oil bound distemper over one coat ofwhite cement of best quality for inside wall including cost of all materials, labour, curing, all leads & lifts etc., complete, as per standard specification. 6 Labour charges for fixing windows and ventilators along with frames in position etc., complete. 7 SGST to be quoted in Percentage (value alone)Ex. 9%, it should be entered as 9 only 8 CGST to be quoted in Percentage (value alone) Ex. 9%, it should be entered as 9 only 9 Inter-state GST @18% for other than Tamil Nadu supplier. If the contractor is within Tamil Nadu may be quoted as 0 only
