    Tender For Construction Of Earth Work, Brick Soling And Drain In The Campus Of Manjhol Manure Godown - Earth work in in filling by mechanical means ( hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over area ( exceeding 30 cm in depth , 1.50m in which as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including getting out and disposel of excavated earth leas up to 50 m 2 Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m.(5 fts.) and lead upto 30m.(100 fts.) & including filling. watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30 m.(100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. 3 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete. also including cost of formwork in foundation 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 5 12mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or roundedangles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. 1 cement : 6 Course sand 6 As in item no 762(a) above but with bricks laid on edge
