| 24 | Condition:1.The agency will maintain all the 10 Nos. of equipments for two year.2.Nothing extra all the paid for new spare parts and maintenance and replacing the parts etc.3.The machines will be maintained with proper functioning and appearance i.e. with parts, paint and cosmetic treatment. The maintenance shall the following:-a) Inspection and adjustment of movable parts, nuts / bolts, alignment, lubrication / oiling / greasing etc., wherever required.b) Check and set right / replacement of worn out bearings, misaligned moving points, adjust / tighten loose parts, covers, seats, foundations, C.C. flooring, regular oiling and greasing etc.c) Tightening of nuts / bolts/ screws inspect / repair welding of various parts/ joints of equipments.d) Cosmetic treatment like priming and painting whenever required. e) Replacement of damaged parts and rectification of any other defects observed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge except the following:- i) The defects due to force majeure.ii) Serious loss or damage by fire / earthquake / severe flooding / abnormally bad weather.iii) Any other incident which in the absolute discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge is beyond the control of the contractor.iv) Damage due to act of God.v) Theft / Vandalism.4. The agency will place contact phone number on each equipments during the complete maintenance period otherwise a penalty of Rs. 100/-per machine per week will be deducted from each bill.5. All the complaints must be attended/ resolved within a period of 5 Days otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per complaintper day shall be imposed.6. The regular maintenance is to be done with periodically checkup i.e. every week and an inspection report /record shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge on monthly basis by the agency. 7. 25% of gross bill amount of item no.1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19 will be withheld on account of maintanance in each running and final bill of part A. 10% of withheld amount as mentioned above can be released after 1 years of completion ofPart-A and the rest will be released after completion of Part-B. |
