Tender For Overhauling Of Esp Of Unit 9 Dtps Kasimpur Aligarh - Cleaning of complete structure, electrodes (emitting & collecting), and shock bars of all the fields including hoppers of ESP by water, wire brush & compressed air by opening hopper side & top manholes 2 Repairing of damaged rapping gear box. 3 Servicing of rapping gear box coupling bearing 4 Straightening of bend collecting electrodes. 5 Repairing of bend collecting electrodes in ESP in fixed condition. 6 Removal of damaged emitting electrodes and fixing of same 7 Repair/replacement of bent shock bar. 8 Straightening of rapping shaft. 9 Repair / fixing and welding of ash deflector plate. 10 Two coat of continuous run of welding of ESP ash hopper, ESP roof, other places in ESP 11 Fabrication and erection of new deflector plates in Ash hopper / G.D. deflector plate 12 Replacement of asbestos rope repairing of manually if required of ESP top manholes, side manholes and ESP hoppers manholes 13 ESP top manholes 14 ESP side manholes 15 ESP hopper manholes 16 Fixing of collecting electrodes with new clamp/hook support device by welding or appropriate process. 17 Straightening of bent stay guide bar of collecting structure 18 Replacement of damaged shaft insulator by new one 19 Replacement of the damaged support insulator by new or replacement of sealing asbestos rope of size ø 20 mm & 10 8mm 20 Repair of support insulator screen pipe of ESP. 21 Alignment of distorted emitting structure. 22 Replacement of plain bearing / bush bearing by new one if required. 23 Repair / replacement of coupling of reduction gear box of emitting / collecting rapping system 24 Replacement of rapping shaft. 25 Replacement of damaged bracing / support pipe just before primary screen of ESP. 26 Replacement of bushing insulator. 27 Replacement /repairing of primary / secondary screen 28 Repair / replacement of shock bar guides, front, rear and support hook by welding and grinding wherever required 29 Welding of emitting support pipe with emitting frame 30 Repairing of emitting frame by patch welding. 31 Replacement / repair of vertical stay of emitting frame of ESP 32 Repairing of manhole by replacing the damaged plate 33 Replacement of damaged Motor gear of rapping system. 34 Repairing of rapping shaft. 35 Repairing of damaged honey bee structure. 36 Replacement / repairing of Pin wheel 37 Cleaning & removal of dust from shaft & support insulator 38 Replacement / reclaiming of Inner Arm 39 Replacement / reclaiming of Outer Arm 40 Repairing of SS portion of hopper 41 Replacement of Thrust bearing 42 Initial preparation for changing of collecting electrode 43 Changing collecting electrode 44 Repair / replacement of shock bar guide angle 45 Replacement of thrust pad 46 Replacement of shock bar end pads 47 Complete overhauling of Guillotine Gate at ESP inlet
