Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay and sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches (Where machine can not each/move) For building work only.S.I. 251

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter(20\") depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. (8\") layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M(5ft.) lifts and 30M (100ft.) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in Upto 5 km. distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for vertical post, roof members and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 2.5cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm Graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm thick base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulusand brick ballast 4cm gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar and the joints of the panels if any and giving then uniform finishing including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. si-601
