B Of Line Maintenance works (Petty Repairs) at KDNH, VDHRSSHRITPLKDGD.UWVI &WHTM Stations in Reach-IB of Line-1 Execution of all works as in KPWD SCHEDULE OF RATES 2023-24, (Vol.1, 2&3) PW, P &IWTD, South Zone, BANGALORE, vide & specified in technical specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge This is basically a Zonal Contract for carrying out Artificer/Petty repairs for 12 Months at Kundalahalli(KDNH), Nallurahalli (VDHP), Sri Satya Sai Hospital(SSHP), Pattandur Agrahara(ITPL), Kadugodi tree park(KDGD), Hopeform channasandra(UWVL) and Whitefield (WHTM)Metro Stations In Reach 1B of Line-1. Notes:-1 .Number of individual work orders will be issued with different value and currency according to the nature if work as and when necessitated. 2. Item Rate includes cost of materials, labors, lighting arrangements, Barricading arrangements, Lift and scaffolding charges for all heights and all safety measures etc., BROAD CATEGORY OF WORKS INVOLVED: The approximate percentage of work given in column no.3 is tentative. According to site condition, the percentage of work may vary and the Tenderers shall have no claim from BMRCL on variation of the same.
