    Tender For Erection Of 40 Mva Transformer At 132 Kv Sub Station Nagli Kithore Under Etd Meerut - Following works are required to be carried out for erection of 40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer.The Detail of work to be executed is as given below :- 2 Shifting/dragging of 40 MVA T/F from unloading place to plinth up to 30-Meter distance including turning of T/F if required including all T&P & other works to complete the lob satisfactory at 132 KV S/S Nagli Kithore. 3 Additional shifting 5 Mtrs @ 5 Mtrs per job 4 Complete erection of 40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer by erection of radiator, conservator tank all bushing oil pipe lines, cooling fans etc. to complete the job satisfactorily. 5 Circulation of complete Transformer oil in Transformer tank through centrifuging machine, centrifuging machine shall be provided by the contractor, oil capacity 6 Electrical connection of 40 MVA T/F wiyh laying of cable and termination in between WTI, OTI, Buchholz relay, cooling Fan OLTC, marshalingboxetc with proper ferruling as per drawing 7 Transformer oil sample collection testing of transformer oil at CPRI testing lab including cost of transportation of each sample in standard sample bottles.(after centrifusing of installed 40MVA TF). 1. Moisture Content Test. 2. Dissolved Gas Analysis
