Tender For Civil Maintenance and repair Work Of Type 3 Residence For Ee Etd Deoria At Hydel Colony Ramlila Maidan District Deoria - Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 3 Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 4 Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. 5 Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green.
