(But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)4 way (4 + 12), Double door 5 Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.Single pole 6 Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole 415-volt TPN MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as requiredMCB TPN 63-amp, C Curve 7 Once through Double Deck AHU (OAHU - 100% Fresh air & 100% exhaust with heat recovery unit):- Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of double Skin Horizontal Air Handling Unit complete with, Bottom Deck:- consisting 100% fresh air intake provisions with aluminum dampers on fresh air side and supply air side, all filters flanged type i.e. pre filters (G-4), fine filter (F-9), with double skin (45±2 mm) insulated with CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) panels of 40 Kg/cum density. Sandwiched between 0.8 mm thick G.I. pre-coated Sheets for Outer skin and internal skin shall be plain G.I of 0.8 mm thick. All frame work shall be with thermal break profile constructed. The blowers shall be backward curved Centrifugal plug fan (with calibrated nozzle for air flow/DP measurement) with driven motor - IE3 (VFD compatible) with minimum IP55 protection. Cushy foot mountings, Inspection LED lamp, door limit switch, SS insulated condensate drain pan made out of SS-304 and standard accessories. The unit shall be comprising of 8 row deep DX cooing coil made out of copper tubing and copper header. AHU to be mounted on adequate RCC cubes with double vibration pad and GI sheet etc. to be considered in scope. UVGI System: - UVGI system shall be designed to cover the entire face area of the cooling coil to achieve near total elimination of bacteria/ virus / biomass on the cooling coil. Required number of UVGI Lamps in the AHUs for the cooling coil area, along with reflector, ballast, junction box, mounting arrangement complete with connections etc. as required. UVGI system shall be installed downstream of the cooling coil. Cross flow type heat exchanger: - The supply and exhaust airflow perpendicular to each other separated by aluminum plates which transfer the heat from one side to the other. Heat transferred from one air flow to another without mixing the air flows. Sensible Efficiency up to 80%. Upper Deck: - consisting 100% exhaust air provisions with aluminum dampers on exhaust air side and return air side, all filters flanged type i.e. pre-filters (G-4), HEPA filter (H-13) sections with double skin (45±2 mm) insulated with CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) panels of 40 Kg/cum density. Sandwiched between 0.8 mm thick G.I. pre-coated Sheets for Outer skin and internal skin shall be plain G.I of 0.8mm thick. All frame work shall be with thermal break profile constructed. Thickness 0.63 mm sheet 9 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc., as per specifications. 10 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air diffusers of powder coated aluminum with aluminum volume control dampers with anti-smudge ring & removable core 11 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fresh / Exhaust air intake louvers made from 3 wide (Minimum 3 MM thickness) powder coated extruded aluminum @ 1 pitch with proper stiffeners complete with HDPE insect mesh fixed in a removable frame as per approved design. 12 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air duct as and where required of required sizes i/c control panel, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications Fire damper 13 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air duct as and where required of required sizes i/c control panel, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self-adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.25 mm 16 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 0.63 mm aluminum sheet cladding as required complete in all respect with fixing screws etc., for cladding of outside / exposed ducts. 17 Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant flow /Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A/latest Refrigerant, vibration isolators, outdoor unit frame with suitable foundation, complete with all accessories as required etc. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at approx. 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 complete as per the technical specifications. Panel must include R, Y, B Indicator, with 250 ampere aluminum busbar, 1No Digital Multi-Function Metre / Digital Load Manager suitable to connect with Centre Energy Monitoring System/BMS through RS485 connection. Outgoing: Outgoing -2 Nos with 25 Ampere MCB/16KA 4 Pole for supply motor - 4 kW, exhaust motor - 4 kW.
