WORK OF REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED GASKET AND OTHER RELATED MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT 132/33KV, 40 MVA T/F-1 (GEC ALSHOM MAKE ) INSTALLED AT 132KV SUB STATION SARILA UNDER ETD HAMIRPUR=2 Gasket replacement, Arresting oil leakage of 132/33KV, 40MVA Transformer(GE ALSTHOM Make Sr No. B-29310 MFY-1997 ) by way work for dismantling of 40MVA Transformer-1st accessories and its painting at 132 KV S/S Sarila under ETD Hamirpur. 3 Removal of Jumpers of HV & LV side Bushings of the transformer. The scope of work includes opening of Nut & Bolts and opening of jumpers, Bushing clamps etc. under the guidance of supervising engineer. 4 Complete Dismantling of 132/33KV, 40MVA Transformer-1st( GE ALSTHOM Make ) including HV/LV/Nutral Bushings, Turrets, Radiators, Conservator Tank, Explosion vent pipe, Buchholz relay, Oil pipelines, flanges, valves, cooling fans etc. along with opening of associated Electrical connections. Stacking of all the dismantled parts at proper place in the switchyard including proper blanking of the open points before replacement of gaskets carefully under the jurisdiction of supervising engineer. 5 Complete drain out of transformer oil from the exiting 132/33, 40MVA Transformer, ( GE ALSTHOM Make ) transformer to empty oil drums/20KL tank. 6 Replacement of all gaskets including all HV bushings ( R,Y,B & N Phase ) & LV bushings ( R,Y,B & N Phase ) and top cover transformer by providing and fixing of new gasket out of good quality Rubberised cork sheet gaskets of Konica/Troborze/Nu-Cork make brand grade 07 having temprature bearing capcacity around 380 deg celcius and Fixing the gaskets with Adhesive at Rim & other surfaces carefully under the guidance of supervising engineer. 7 Complete erection of accessories of 132/33, 40MVA Transformer-1st, ( GE ALSTHOM Make ) by erecting radiators, conservator tank, HV LV and neutral bushings at its original place. Complete evacuation of Main Tank of the transformer and filling of Dry Nitrogen/Dry Air of Dew Point -50 deg celcius or better in vacuum upto pressure of 0.25Kg/cm2 and again Evacuating the transformer tank after required time interval (approx.12 Hrs) using centrifusing machine. The scope of work also includes measuring of Dew Point values ofN2 after every cycle till the required value is not achieved. 8 Centrifuging of complete T/F oil filled in oil tank by connecting centrifuging pipes centrifuging the T/F oil through centrifuging machine, un-interrupted till the desired BDV value of the Oil is not achieved. Filling the Transformer oil into main tank and Radiators from oil tank then centrifusing & circulation of theoil in transformer, un-interrupted till the desired BDV values of the oil & IR values are achieved including recording of all parameters such as- Temprature, Vacuum, IR etc. every 2 hrs. ( Centrifuging machine & its operator along with all associated T&P will be arranged by contractor at his own cost ) 9 Creating the vacuum of main tank upto 700 mm of Hg and maintaining it for period for 12 hrs. and filling of centrifuging oil step upto core & winding conservator tank readiator. 10 Outside complete Spray painting of above 132/33, 40MVA Transformer, ( GE ALSTHOM Make ) including its Main Tank, Main/OLTCconservator tanks, Radiators, Headrers, associated pipe lines, Support structures, Marshalling Box etc. with one coat of red oxide and then applying two coats of Smoke grey color 1st quality synthetic enameled paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make at gap of 48 Hrs. interval each with the help of spray painting machine after due rubbing & cleaning of rusted surfaces, cleaning & washing of dust/dirt and oil deposits etc. from the surface succesfuuly under the guidance of junior engineer incharge. 11 Safe loading, shifting/carriage and unloading work of Oil Tank of capacity 20 KL by private vehicle, arranged by contractor at his own cost from 400 KV S/S BANDA, to 132KV S/S Sarila under ETD Hamirpur with precaution of road safety rules during transportation of material. Distance - 105 KM approx one way. 12 Centrifuging of old and used oil proper sealing of centriofused oil drums for future requirement for attending oil seepage of various equipments at 132KV S/S Sarila under ETD Hamirpur. 13 Supply and Installation of New Magnetic Oil Gauge (MOG) of sukrut make, Range: Min, 30 degree, 1/2, 3/4, Max. dia as per sample, suitable for 40 MVA T/F (GEC make) as per sample and technical specifications. 14 Jumpering of HV & LV side bushings of the transformer. The scope of work involves Fixing & Tightening of Bushing Clamps with appropriate size Nut & Bolts, washers including replacement of Clamps, Jumper as required under the upervision of Junior Engineer incharge. 15 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes.
