Tender For Work Of Contracting Electricity/Electricity Arrangements In Provincial Kraat Mela Nauchandi 2025 - Fitting of shop light complete with one bakelite holder for standard lighter arrangement for standard lighting arrangement for shops as directed by the incharge light out with lamp. 2 Fitting of Camp light with Tube LED 20 to 30 W as directed the incharge light to be connected through spearate and independent cirrcuit to ensure 24 hrs. supply 3 (i) Fitting of Socket of plug point of 5 Amp. 4 (ii) Fitting of socket of plug point of 15 Amp. 5 (iii) Providing and fixing of switch 5 Amp. for camp light. 6 Street Light Fittings:Providing and fixing of LED 20 to 30 W tube to be installed on or in between existing poles in the market and other areas properly on suitable brackets including necessary line. 7 Providing and fixing LED 20 to 30 W tube Light fitting fitted properly on suitable bracket including necessary lines in Durbar, Campus and Govt. Stalls and exhibitions as directly. 8 Decoration Light 9 Providing and fixing of Decorative colourds Bills 12 to 15 dia Lights with globes including lamps upto 9 watts fitted on cross arms of brackets to be installed in main markets, parks, Gates etc. including of wooden ballies or poles or brackets as per directed by mala incharge 10 Three Color LED Flate Pipe as per national theme on central pole with mini mast pole 25 meter each pole direction as per mela in charge. 11 Providing and fixing of Decoration light of coloured lamps ranging from 9 watts LED as different places in Mela limit including Chandi Devi Mandir, Ganesh Mandir and Mazar Beley Mia Campus with fixed light complete in all respect. 12 As above but moving light. 13 Electric Bulbs (Jhalars) Hangings would be hung shaping hut-type with a gape of not more than 1 Ft. in between the Jhalors on both sides of the road spreading from Shaheed Gate to Patel Dwar, in old Partaha Bazar from fountain to Baley Miyan, in new Paratha Bazar from Tiranga Gate to Patel Dwar with all Markets. 14 Supply and fixing of decorative coloured light of 6.2 series lamps with decorative features e.g. dancing peacock, tricolor flag pictures and chakries etc. and different places in Mela limit including Chandi Devi Mandir and Mazar Baley Mia Campus, Designed and shaped as directed (fixed and Moving light) 15 Supplying and fixing of 200 w LED flood lights at different places on existing poles and on ballies to be providing by the contractor in Mela limit including Chandi Devi Mandir and Mazar Baley Mia Campus as directed. 16 Supply and fixing of LED 100 to 140 Watts complete in all respect including line if necessary to be fitted in Bazar, Darbar, parks and Patel Mandep or as the Direction of Mala Incharge. 17 Supply and fixing of foot light on Patel Mandap Stage with 24 Nos. 9 watts Lamps or suitable complete with switching arrangements. 18 Providing and installation of silent diesel generator set on rent of 125 KVA complete with diesel Engine of 3 phase with arrangement of connecting the same with separate required circuit with necessary 4 poles, double through switch for Street Light on alternate poles in Mela Nauchandi Area Patel Mandap and office as alternate arrangement. 19 Providing and installation of distribution Panels with necessary leads having One independent circuits of 100 Amp.each heatedly wired with lighting fuse and line switches with 3 phase 4 wire 400/440 volts i.e. fuse switches unit of 400 Amps. for distribution of Mela supplies at different places. 20 Providing and installation of main distribution panel (1×30 nos.) each neatly wired with limiting fuse and line, switches complete with 3 Phase and 4 Wire 400/440 Volt the capacity of transformer for receiving supply from the U.P.P.C.L at the Nauchandi Sub Station complete with earthing as per ISI specification, the entire installation shall comply with the relevant Indian Electricity Safety Rules including supply and Laying of necessary cables etc. betweenthe supplies O.C.B. and the panel board. Shall comply with the relevant Indian Electricity Rules including supply and Laying of necessary cables etc. between the supplies O.C.B. and the panel board. 21 Connection charges of Electric supply of water pump set 3 phase including its Wiring, required circuits with necessary 3 pole double through switch. providing by the contractor & Water Pump Set to be provided by the Mala Administration. 22 Supply and fixing of pedestal fans for whole mala period 23 Supply and fixing of exhaust fans including its wiring, required circuit and switching arrangement by the contractor for Patel Mandap.
