| 7 | Hi Steel Clip in false Ceiling System with Steel Tile 595 mm X 595 mmmanufactured out of 0.50 mm thick polyester coil-coated Galvanized Steel having 180 gms zinc coatingCoil-coated Steel tile shall have a 20-micron polyester-coated finish on front side and a backcoat of 5-micron alkyd primer. Two sides of each tile shall have raised, piped and stopped to ensure positive engagemant into the spring clip in profile allowing for demlition of individual tiles . The rgid susoension system consists two rows of 0.5mm galvanised steel clip in profile od size 38mm installed at 600mm centre to centre spacing to support the tiles.Wall suspesion Wall Suspension angles /Hangersof size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm thick are fixed to the roof by expansion fasteners. Wall suspension angles to bemade out coil coated Steel matching the color of the tile. They will be jointed to the clip-in-profilr system by hold on clamps. The Tiles/Planks shall be held in place by pressure clips as per manufacturer\"s instructions for spacing. in the flexible system the hanger and butterfly clip shall replace the suspension angle, including necessary scaffolding as per manufactruer,s specifications/instructions, including dismantling old board complete all as specified. |
