| 14 | M&L for 2mm thick PVC Anti staticESD Vinyl flooring alongwith cooper strip will be fixed on the existing floor as per manufacture instruction and make will be approved by GE.Fixing procedure of Anti static ESD Vinyl flooring will comprise the following steps: (i) Existing leveling floor to be prepared by grinding to handle unevenness, remove all the surface dust of floor before commencement of ESD flooring installation.(ii) Material should be placed on site for more than 24 hours to adopt to the temperature and humidity. (iii) Adhesive for ESD flooring is conductive type and adhesive can spread per sqm as per manufacture instruction. Use a trowel or scraper to apply conductive adhesive on the floor evenly.(iv) Lay the copper strip, normally the grid is 600mmx600mm oras per manufacture instruction under the ESD flooring including necessary groove cutting in existing floor and filling the surface with necessary material and connected the cooper strip to the earthing pits by making holes in the existing walls. (v) When adhesive is dry, choose a start point and lay the flooring. Ensure the sticking firm and seam between is straight. Cutting the tiles accordingly of corner and wall sides. (vi) Use a slofting machine to grove along the seams of tiles, the groove width is approx 3mm or according to the welding rod which will fix in it. Use manual or automatic welding gun to hot weld rod to the tiles, ensuring that welding rod color match the color of ESD Tiles. Allow welding rod to cool off and the use a blade to showel the extra part of rod.(vi) Test the electronic resistance of conductive tiles (ESD) as per manufacture instructions. |
| 15 | M&L for 2mm to 4mm thickness Vinyl flooring plank approved by GE and make will beSuprex Chorche or equivalanttofixing to existing floor as per instruction of manufacture. Fixing procedure of Vinyl flooring will comprise the following steps: (i) Proper cleaning of floor with water or with air blower, after dry of floor, uneveness of floor removed by putty work/cement work with proper smoothness and clean again with water/air blower as per requirements. Divide the room size accordingly fixing plank size with chalk. (ii) apply adhesive on the back side of plank and stay for dry as per manufacture instructions. (iii) Apply the Manufacturer recommended adhesive to sub floor with trowel, starting at the center point and working outword into the desired area. Allow the adhesive to set somewhat until it is tacky but still clouldy/hazy in color. (iv)Place the first plank with its shorts edge at the junction of the two chalk lines. continue the lay planks row by row, working along the parallel chalk line and ensuring the edge of each plank fit tightly against the neighboring plank. Trim the border planks as needed. (v) Glue down Vinyl plank flooring needs to be rolled with a floor roller after installation to firmly and evenly seat the Vinyl planks into the adhesive. Wipe away or knife to peel away any adhesive thats gets into the seams between planks. |
