Designing the trusses for the first floor roofing of Jawans living area, lavatory blocks, stair cases and kitchen cum dining hall area including designing of RCC columns, beams and foundations as required based on the ground conditions. The design will follow the layout plan of the structure and include detailed drawings along with a Design Bases Report (DBR), in compliance with the relevant and larest IS Code and site conditions including getting the deign proof checked by Civil Engineering department of any IIT/NIT or any other Government college as directed by the Engineer in charge. The necessary clarification on points raised by proof checking authorities has to be submitted within the time frame given by them. The agency is fully responsible for getting the structure design got vetted from above institute and no extra payment shall be made for getting the deign vetted. 03 nos complete set of structure drawings as on A2 size paper shall be handed over by the agency to the department. (G+1) building having plinth area 2201.62 sqm.
