Sr Sec School , Dhundhara Block Luni Under Major Repair Work - 1 Dismantling of roofs with care including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 Mtr. lead for, Lime terrace 2 Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compactionetc.completeinretainingwalls,returnwalls,walls(anythickness)includingattachedpilasters,olumns,piers,abutments,pillars,posts,struts,buttresses,stringor lacingcourses,parapets,coping,bedblocks,anchorblocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.=M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). (Roofing) 3 Providing&layingbrokenglazedtitlesonroof(broken glazed tilesnot less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7Kg/Sqm.(1.40Kgof VG-40(30/40)gradeand0.30 Kg/Sqm.Of VG-10(80/100)grade)andjointsfilledwith cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement:2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Coping:Cement concrete flooring grade 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-Coarse sand:4-graded stone aggregate) rounding off edges etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 50 mm thick with 20 mm thick nominal size aggregate. 5 Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finished with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design.
