Garden development works along with maintenance & watering to green belt region & tree plantation. Grass cutting on all open areas of entire premises either manually or with the help of Grass Cutter Machine which will be supplied by HBL, Cutting and dressing of wild trees & shrubs and shifting to an unobjectionable location as advised by EIC. Maintenance of all gardens, lawns surrounding admin block, in front of the marketing office, outside the main gate, parking area, in front of Co-Gen Building, Diffuser, Ware house, Admin Block, DM Plant & Bagasse Carrier, Cleaning, Trimming of Tree, maintaining lawns, watering trees and all allied jobs.Minimum 04 manpower to be deputed in daily basis

Toilet Tank Cleaning Job including hiring of vacuum suction machine and required manpower to carry out the jobs safely & successfully. It is kindly to be noted that the manpower required for the Toilet Cleaning Job to extra and not be from the regular housekeeping jobs as mentioned under item no. 1.
