| 2 | AHU & Associated system: Design, engineering, supply, installation and commissioning of Complete Air handling Unit comprising of blower with motor assembly, cooling coil, filter sections, flexible connection, back draft dampers, fresh and return air dampers, drain pipe arrangement, all type of electrical equipment & theircabling to associated electrical panels of package, instrumentation devices & their cabling to associated control panels of package with complete hardware & software, supply of mandatory spares (list enclosed with bid package),etc., complete structural base frame for AHU system including - insurance, packing, forwarding & transportation charges as per Scope of work. |
| 3 | Chilled Water Pump set: Design, engineering, supply, installation & commissioning of skid mounted chilled water pumps including - insurance, packing, forwarding & transportation charges as per Scope of work. |
| 4 | Dampers & Duct System: Design, engineering, supply, installation & commissioning of complete damper& Duct system which includes FSD dampers system, supply & return damper & duct system, Non-return damper & duct system, external duct, louvers, duct insulation, duct heaters, diffusers including - insurance, packing, forwarding & transportation charges as per Scope of work. |
| 5 | Remote Control Panel & Local Panels: Design, engineering, supply, installation & commissioning of Relay based Remote control panels & local control panels including - insurance, packing, forwarding & transportation charges as per Scope of work. |
| 6 | Miscellaneous job: Supply & installation of all type of Piping, fitting, isolation valves, flanges, nuts & bolts, structural items, false ceiling, field instrumentation devices, instrument & power cabling, Cable trays, installation of hardware, Expansion tank etc. required for connecting from battery limit of AHU package to various equipment / facilities, SWGR, control panel including - insurance, packing, forwarding & transportation charges as per scope of work. Note: As per the SOW, Under Section 3.6 Clause 2.22 Bidder to Supply of one year operation and maintenance spares for all replaced equipment (i.e., Air Handling Unit & chilled water pump) after expiry of warranty period and the same shall be included in the lump sum quote. These maintenance spares do not include the commissioning spares |
