Dismantling old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadefor old work one or more coats:

Finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface, incl removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth incl neccy repairs to scratches etc complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old work for roof top , Rolling shutter & ventilation.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patches in proper shape. Racking outjoints and plastering the surface of ceiling complete, includingdisposal of rubbish to the dumping ground. All complete with CM 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand)
