(2 )Rate should be inclusive of all taxes, duities & CESS etc. inculing GST which will not be paid extra.(3) All materials, quipments & Accessories must confirm to relevent IS/IEC specfications. The DG Set to be suppiled must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.(4) Necessary manufacture\"s test certificate for Diesel Engine , Alternator etc. will have to be submitted in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.(5) Copy of \"Type Approval Certificate \" and Certificate of \"COP\" must be produced at the time delivary issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB -IV+)(6) Circuit diagram for AMF panel must be Submitted from the manufactuer/OEM/CPRI approved Manufacturer.(7) The entire set must be warranted atleast 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 running hrs from the date of Commisioning which is earlier. However Engine & Alternator sholud be warranted of 2 years/ 5000 running Hrs. whichevr is earlier.(8)The Contractor will have to Supply, Deliver, Install & Satisfactorily commission of the DG set at the specfic location as mentioned in the BOQ .After satisfactory commisioning of the DG, the Generator sholud be run for five (05) hours in full load capacity including overload of 10% for testing purpose. Fuel & Load Box (if required) for testing will be arranged. No extra cost other than the quoted rate in BOQ will be entertained.(9) Any reputed manufacturer / OEM other than those mentioned in BOQ may appear in the prebid meeting with the proposal for incorporation of their make, provided the required criteria is fulfilled, but the decision regarding their incorporation will be the sole discretion of the Tender Inviting Authority. |
