The sheet thickness of panel shall be 0.8 mm for the outer skin and 0.6 mm thickness for the inner skin made out of GI sheet complete all as specified and directed. (Centre No 32). |
| 2 | Supply and fixing in repair of chilled water cooling coil with aluminium blue finned coated copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.5 mm). The face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to not more than 500 FPM maximum. The copper fins thickness not less than 0.11 mm thick. The coil section shall be equipped with factory fitted pressure independent control valves.The scope shall include supply and installation of suitable size electronic self balancing heater to be considered to maintain the humidity of 55+-5%. The heater control system for AHU panel will be included in the quoted rate. The cooling coil will be six rows including suitable size PVC drain pipe with 13 mm thick insulation of 30 TR / 22500 CFM AHU complete all as directed. |

The fan section shall be provided with limit switch, sensors controller for safety to shut off fan during opening of access door complete all as specified and directed. (Centre No 32). |
| 5 | Taking down the unserviceable starter panel of Air handling unit of capacity 22500 CFM and supply and fixing of starter control panel indoor type made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick factory fabricated suitable for control system of AHU 22500 CUM capacity including transformer for energy valve, control cabling. The control panel shall be included with Over load protection, single phase protection, push buttins, indications, 2 Nos non polarised NO-NC contacts tripping on signal from fire dampers/fire alarm panel. The control panel shall hace instrumentation kit which give supply air tempreture, return air tempreture, chilled water in tempreture, chilled water out tempreture, DP switch across filter for filter clog complete all as specified and directed.(Centre No 32). |
