Supplying & injecting of low viscosity Polyurethane resin ofmake FOSROC / SIKA /BASF / ASIAN PAINTS SMART CARE/ HENKEL or equalent approved brandin RCC structures like tanks, slabs,beams & walls etc. by drilling holes, fixing non returnable packers at regular intervals (not more than 10cm).Cleaning the surface by hacking, wire brushing, removing loose and honeycombed concrete at the area having dampness, injecting using electrically operated pressure pump with all acessories having a minimum pressure of 4 kg/cm2, injecting till the refusal by allowing properly setting & sealing the nozzles without wasting the injecting materials and making the systemwater tight as required etc. complete as directed. Sealing the all leak path using rapid setting material and remove the packers after injection, sealing with appropriate plugging mortar of makeFOSROC / SIKA / BASF / ASIAN PAINTS SMART CARE/ HENKEL or equalent.Scaffolding reqired for the work is under the scope of contractor.Payment shall be made per Kilogram of material net utilized during the grouting operation.
