| 9 | Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge 60mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern in foot path, parks, lawns, driveway or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer\"s specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge. |

| 11 | Supply and installation of EPDM Flooring in Children play area with a premium dual layered rubber solution. The base layer to be composed of recycled tire crumb rubber and a 15% BASF polyurethane binder, integrates 19 mm of Buffing for cushioning and a 6 mm EPDM rubber top layer for colour. The top layer boasts 1-4 mm colourful EPDM granules held by a 20% polyurethane binder. The EPDM granules has to be UV-resistant exhibiting excellent weather resilience and safety with a tensile strength exceeding 3.0 MPa, over 500% elongation, and a robust 60 Shore durometer hardness. | 14 | Supply and installation of 24mm thick Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Floor decking panels of approved brand and design including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position to required size as directed over GI pipes of appropriate size with concealed fixtures. The decking planks has to exhibit the appearance of pre-finished wood, weather proof, Resistant to fading, staining, scratching, fungus, splitting, cracking and rot. Also, the material has to be Anti corrosive, Fire retardent, Termite proof and impact resistant. The cost is inclusive of all materials, labours, tools & plants and Transportation charges etc., complete but excluding the cost of GI pipes. |
