Construction of RCC framed structure building of 2 ( two) court Badminton Hall with minimum with plinth area of 441.75 Sqm (approx) on Turnkey basis with provision of Internal & External water supply i/cfitting & fixtures, sanitary installations, internal & External electrification works, i/c fitting & fixtures, development of site, protection work of RRM Retaining wall 6.00 m and 4.00 m heightof length 27.90 m and 28.00 m respectively, badminton court accessories and miscellaneous work as required for the work etc complete with architectural & strutural drawing, design and execution is to be strictly as per CPWD specification 2024 with up to date correction slips and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge which shall be proof checked by IIT- Guwahati or any reputed Government Engineering College/NIT and finally got approved by the competent authority of the department.
