Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove fine dust particles, oil etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq.meter.

M&L design mix type B1 1:1½:3 concrete 20 mm graded aggregate 200mm thick foundation, filling and mass concrete all as directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as directed.

ALLUMINIUM DIVIDING STRIPS (M&L)- Aluminum dividing strips 1.5mm thick 38mm width fixed in concrete floor all as directed.

WEAR PROOF TOPPING:- Wear proof topping as specified 40mm thick using small chips/aggregate 5 to 6mm in cement concrete 1:1½:3 using as approved metallic hardener (paid separately ) laid on concrete floors and paving and finished even and smooth all as directed.

METTALIC FLOOR HARDNER :-(Material only) Metallic floor hardener to be incorporated under item No. 5 by weight not less 1.5 kg per sq.mtr area as directed by EIC

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) as directed.

M&L preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer as directed.

S&F Formed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering as directed.

S&F MS Chequred plates 10mm thick for channels, square cut or notched cover to drain (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as directed.
