    Tender For Surface Maintenance Work Of Residential Buildings. - Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 2 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 3 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 4 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required .New work (two or more coats) over and including waterthinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC contentless than 50 gram/litre 5 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. 6 Cement concrete pavement with 1 :2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete 7 1 : 1 .5:3 ( 1 Cement: 1, 1.50 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources 8 Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled orpanelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows(Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves orrebates to be measured).
