Tender For Construction Of Anganwadi Toilet At T Agaram East In Pennadam Town Panchayat; 1 Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil excepthard rock requiring blasting and depositing the bank as per SS20B with all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges such as bailing out of water shoring shutting walling and forming protective bunds wherever necessary etc. 2 Collection supply and filling of Stone Dust of approved quarry including cost andConveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges for filling etc., Complete. 3 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering necessary and laid layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc complete complying with standard specification and as desired(SS No 28) 4 Brick work in CM 1:4 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4x41/4x21/4 for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 5 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mixto12mmthick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 6 Distembering using two coats of Distember from approved companyincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc completefor 10 sqm(Inner) 7 Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colourpaint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete. 8 Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and ThreeM.Sand)base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) 9 Provision for Toilet Door the size of (0.75 x 1.20 m) 10 Labour charges for fixing Toilet Door the size of (0.90*1.80 m) 11 Provision for Jolly the size of (0.45 x 0.45 m) 12 Provision for Water Closet including all charges 13 Provision for GI Corrugated sheet with angle including all charges 14 provision for leach pit 15 provision for water supply
