Providing Maintenance Service by cleaning by washing the toilet floor, tiled walls, wash hand basin, European / Indian Water Closets, Urinals, Cistern / low leval flushing tank, soap dish, Mirror, Towel Rail, water supply fittings Inside and out side door frame, glass partition and any other items within the toilet etc., by brushing & cleaning with fresh water after applying the cleaning agents, which were supplied by PWD and will be available at Bungalows,etc.,at equal intervals only labour charges for including clearing the debries and removing the silt dirt from the bungalow etc., and water wash the walls and floors of Sump and Over Head Tank, cleaning the Bungalow and alied terraces, eradications of unwanted bushes, pruning the treeswhenever/wherever found necessary as directed by the departmental officers and occupants and attending the certain related emergency works etc.,as per requirement then & there from the official residence of Hon’ble Judges Bungalows etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

For a period of 1 month cleaning of toilets 8 times /month OHT & Sump cleaning once in three months, Terrace cleaning once in three months sanitary blockage removed of silt asand when required
