Carefully dismantling of dead/disintegrated / damaged weathering coarse materials to an average depth of 25cm over the terrace and disposing the debris away from the monument area., complete including using all necessary Charges complete item of work.

Water tightening the terrace by providing brick jelly concrete to an average depth of 25 cm in pure lime mortar (1:2) using 20mm brick jelly consolidating ramming using wooden rammer with necessary camber over which laying two courses of Flat tiles of size 15x15x1.20cm in lime mortar 1:2, complete including using all necessary adhesive materials.

20 mm thick plastering the top withlime mortar in 1:2 curing etc., complete including using all necessary adhesive materials.
