AXIOM OVICAP 96F Array (4 nos): A single genotyping array for bovine, caprine and ovine samples. Markers that must have previously validated and associated with desirable traits are very important in maintaining and breeding elite commercial populations. It must have include atleast 54,560 markers that are uniformly spaced across the bovine genome,with marker annotations aligned to the Bos taurus UMD 3.1 genome. The array must incorporates 191 bovine parentage markers identifiedby the International Society for Animal Genetics (ISAG).
