Name of Work: Providing housekeeping services including staff with supervisors and all cleaning-related consumables, repair and maintenance of all toilet blocks in MCG office building at Infocity, sector-34 in both A and B block including office spaces, basements areas and nearby surrounding area of the campus for one year 2025-2026.

Housekeeping staff/Cleaner with Bio-metric attendance in MCG Premises on dasy basis, punch in and punch out data and attendance to be verified from concerned MCG official on daily basis Bio-Metric attendance setup for H/K staff to be done by agency complete in all respect.Rates quoted lower than +2% of estimatesd rate for this items will be rejected straight away.

Consumables such as: Soaps, handwash, sanitizer, duster, brooms, phenyl, tile cleaner, room freshener, glass cleaner etc. all items necessary for cleaning and maintaining hygiene in the office premises and toilets complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Day to day repair and maintenance/replacement as per requirement of all Kind of Sanitary fittings, waste pipes, leakages, taps, toilet seat, covers and all kind of toilet hardware/sanitary ware items in MCG office building including basement area Complete in all respect as par Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
