Construction of RCC framed structure Mini secretariat with a total plinth area of 4995.24 Sqm Ground floor- 1665.08 Sqm , first floor- 1665.08 Sqm and second floor-1665.08sqm with a specification mentioned in DPAR’2023 Annexure-I(e) & I(F) with additional specifications as required for indoor conference hall with all civil works including provision of sub soil investigation, development of site, Internal water supply and Sanitary installation fire fighting provisions, acoustic treatment work, audio & video system, 2 nos of service lift 8 passenger capacity and Landscaping. Extra for resisting earth quick forces with approved BIS materials. Design of structure shall be done, considering earth quake forces and design shall be get proof checked by IIT Guwahati/NIT Arunachal Pradesh/NERIST-Nirjuli/or any other institute of repute and needs to be get approved by the department before taking up the work. The elevation should be with modern state of art . Architectural drawings enclosed for reference purpose only.
