| 17 | Terms & Conditions:i. Date of Maintenance will start from the day of installation of Children play Equipment in all respects at all the locations provided. The Maintenance shall be carried out by the agency for 3 years after completion of work.ii. Agency has to put the Signage Board having the contact number of the agency for timely resolving public grievances within 2 days. iii. For the 1st year, Maintenance provided by the Agency will be free of cost. The agency shall quote the rate accordingly looking into maintenance period for 3 years including 1st year free maintenance.iv. 10% of the capital cost of children’s play equipment will be released after the completion of the defect liability period of one year after installation of children play equipment. The security deposit @ 2.5% deducted shall be released after completion of the maintenance period to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Non-compliance of maintenance, as mentioned in point no. ii, the proportionate amount shall be recovered from the amount withheld.v. The agency shall attend to the maintenance of the children’s play equipment as and when noticed/reported |
