Supplying & Spraying Fendolite MII of Mandoval coating - Newkem or approved equivalent make for protection to structural steel sections against fire & atmospheric changes; including necessary fixing arrangements, laying reinforcement, wire brushing steel substrate, cleaning, application of red oxide primer etc all complete as per manufacturer\"s specifications, drgs & as directed by owner/consultant.

LIGHT WEIGHT DENSE CONCRETE: Supplying, providing, mixing and placing in position light weight dense concrete (based on portland cement and vermiculite having dry density 640-960 kg/cum) of approved make (CAFCO, CDC CARBOLINE or any approved equivalent make) by guniting / spraying / trowelling / leveling / finishing over a coat of primer on steel surface of any section (as per manufacturer\"s recommendation) including supplying & fixing galvanized wire mesh 50x50x3 mm & 16 mm nuts to the steel section all complete as per specification, standard and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The minimum thickness of fire proofing shall be 38 mm (avg) for all type of sections / contour and for hydrocarbon fire rating of 2 hrs application as per manufacturer\"s recommendation. Fireproofing material shall be tested & classified in line with the minimum requirement of UL 1709 and as specified in OISD-164.Kindly note: Scaffolding & Finish coat painting shall be paid separately. However contractor to quote considering the mobilization charges up to IOCL Digboi Refinery, Assam towards the manpower, materials & appropriate equipments for application. Since the job will be done inside running unit, the hot job for welding shall not be allowed and contractor to make suitable alternative arrangement for fixing of the nuts to the steel section. Material to be supplied along with the UL 1709 certification.

Dismantling existing old / damaged Fire Proofing including the removal of wire mesh, scrapping and cleaning the base structural member to make its surface appropriate for primer application.Kindly note: Contractor to make necessary arrangement to cover the area underneath, so as the dismantled debris do not fall below or over other locations / equipments. The debris to be properly collected and disposed-off at a suitable location away from the battery limit of the respective unit at ear-marked location specified by the EIC / Site Engineer.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge:

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade-New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

STEEL SCAFFLODING (MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR\"S SCOPE) The job includes supply of all scaffolding materials, transportation to work site, erection of scaffolding at site as per ISMS (IndianOil Safety Management System) Standard-1007 on Scaffold Safety with safest and reliable design. Scaffolding design should consider the worst load combination expected during its service period. The supporting structure should be sufficient in strength, stability, and rigidity; The safety of personnel associated with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of the scaffold; the safety of persons using the scaffold; and the safety of persons in the vicinity of the scaffold to be considered mandatorily. Standard Tags for \"Fit for Use\" in Green Color and \"Not Fit for Use\" in Red Color to be fitted on scaffolding as per ISMS Standard-1007. Note: 1. For measurement in SQM: 2 (length + width) X height area covered by the scaffolding is to be taken. 2. Scaffolding measurement to be done by breaking the height into parts as per height slab mentioned below and adopting respective rates against mentioned height slabs.
