| 1 | General Notes:1) The Tentative/Suggested makes have been specified in the tender document based on requirements of BARC, desired performance, detailed study of the technical parameters, manufacturing process, quality assurance/control & testing. The list is merely for guidance purpose. However, the bidder(s) can prefer any other make(s) which is/are meeting technical specifications given under Section-V, this schedule of Quantities (Schedule \"B\") and shall conform to the technical Parameters/performance of the tentative/suggested makes and / or shall conform to the relevant BIS codes or other relevant codes. In case of non-approved makes(s), the bidders(s) shall suggest such equivalent/alternate make/brand, meeting above -mentioned technical parameters, during pre-bid stage and before submission of bid(s)2) Rates to be quoted by the bidders should be exclusive of GST for all the items but inclusive of all other taxes, duties, CESS, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statue for all the items. |
| 2 | 3) Only sieved river sand/crushed stone sand confirming to Zone-II from Godavari river or Varaha river orVamsadhara river or Sarada river or Nagavali river / Crushed stone sand shall be used as fine aggregate and Graded hard broken granite metalof 3 stage (VSI) material shall be used as coarse aggregate in relevant items. Specification for fine and coarse aggregate shall confirm to IS:383 (latest revision)4) Manufacturer\"s Test certificate of cement which is procured fromdealer/company is to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor.5) The Scope of works which are not included in any specific items but indicated in the document \"General Scope of all works\" shall be within the scope of overall contract works. The cost of work/item/material indicated in this document shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of all individual items. 6) The quoted rates shall include necessary royalties, seigneiorage charges,etc. and all other charges to supply all the required construction materials.7) The contractor shall submit all samples to the department for approval and no work shall commence before such samples are duly approved. |
| 3 | Sealant filling of external & internal junctions of frames and masonry walls using Weather Silicon Sealant: Filling the gap between Aluminium/MS frame (of windows, glazing frames, ventilators etc.) & adjacent RCC / Brick work / Stone work by providing Weather Silicon Sealant over backer rod of approved quality wherever required as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge complete up to the required width and depth. The cost of the sealant work includes the charges of double tubular steel scaffolding, tying up the scaffolding with existing walls using required anchor fasteners, cost of all safety provisions, wastage of materials, transportation etc. complete at the specified elevation. Rate mentioned is for one meter length of sealant along one face of the frame. Rate is applicable for the sealant work to be executed either for external or internal junctions of walls and frames. |

| 7 | Providing and fixing Minimum 17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut Granite of Jet Black colour for kitchen platforms, vanitiy counters, wash basin counters, door frames, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid using standard stone & tile adhesive of required thickness to achieve 1 in 10 slope, with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touchups, including grubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at respective levels mentioned below for Sill stones of windows & other openings with width of granite stone ranging from 125 mm to 150 mm.The cost of the granite sill fixing work includes chipping or breaking of existing plaster or brick masonry sill to accommodate sill stone and for free movement of window or top hung shutters, the charges of double tubular steel scaffolding, tying up the scaffolding with existing walls using required anchor fasteners, cost of all safety provisions, wastage of materials, transportation etc. complete at the specified elevation: |

The cost of the sealant work includes the charges of double tubular steel scaffolding, tying up the scaffolding with existing walls using required anchor fasteners, cost of all safety provisions, wastage of materials, transportation etc. complete at the specified elevation. Rate mentioned is for one meter length of sealant in the groove on one face of beam or wall. Rate is applicable for the sealant work to be executed both for extrernal & internal grooves. |

Cost including all leads and lifts, work in congested areas, tools and tackles as directed by the Engineer In Charge. (Due to various existing service lines around the building, majority of this item needs to be executed manually only). |
