| 14 | M. S. works in frame for umbrella made of round or square bars and frame work of M. S. Flat with the bars properly fixed to the flat bar frame work by welding etc. with or without flat bar stiffener and fixed with necessary screws etc. and supplying 1.5 mm thick m. S. sheet fitted and fixed on face of umbrella frame work with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per decision and drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labours, materials, tools and plants as required. |

| 20 | Labour for laying departmentally supplied Tarfelt and cold adhesive on roof (concrete or sheeted slopped etc.) making proper slope as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 21 | Labour for chilchaling the heap zones by cutting and leveling the existing surface to smooth grade and camber as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and removing the same within a lead of 75 M as directed. |
| 22 | Labour for stone-set pavements with joints set close in cement mortar (4:1) excluding the cost of stone-sets but including the cost of carriage thereof within a lead of 150 M. when lead with 12mm thick. Cement mortar (4:1) on the under bed. (including cost thereof) 125mm / 100mm thick pavement. stone set to be supplied by department. |
| 23 | Labour for taking out stone-sets (size 280 X 125 X 100 mm) from damaged pavement (in cement mortar) removing mortar from surface of the stone-sets and stacking the stone-sets as directed within a lead of 75 M. |
| 24 | Taking out carefully existing broken glass pens from wooden/steel window at any height and stacking the scrap properly as directed excluding scaffolding / staging. |
| 25 | Hire charges of gas cutter sets transportation of the same to and fro, including supply of oxyacetylene gas and all tools and plants required for cutting M. S. structural frame etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 27 | Supplying, fitting, fixing Aluminium sheet having 1.00 mm thickness(20 g) of approved quality. |
| 28 | Labour for M. S. structural works in roof trusses etc. with departmentally applied simple rolled structural members ( channel, joist, angles, tees, flats, tubes etc.) connected to one another with gusset plate, cleats, riveted, bolted or welded etc. as per design or direction, complete including fabrication, hoisting and erection with supply of nuts, bolts, jointing materials, carriage, tools and plants complete as directed. |
| 29 | Supply of Iron dust of approved quality. |
| 30 | Making valley / eves gutter by departmentally supplied sheets (G. I. / C. R. upto 20 Kg.) to proper shape to match with existing one. |
| 31 | Renewing by supplying fitting and fixing galvanized Iron sheet valley gutter made of 20 Kg sheet with perimeter 0.91 approx. and with 2.25 mm lap each way including upplying of necessary bolts, nuts etc. complete as directed. |

| 34 | Applying of monasur (cold adhesive) on roof for crack seating and stopping leakage and sand spreading over it by supplying sand |
| 35 | Labour charges for taking out old damaged tarfelt fromG.C.I. sheet roof or R.C.C. roof slab at any height including removal of the same within the 75m. distances from job site |
| 36 | Supplying, Fitting & Fixing 20 mm thick Buggus Board made with bituminous materials. |
| 37 | Clearing the Marble Floor applying Acid, cutting with hand grinder machine, sealing the joint properly with white cement, finishing the top surface wing acid/wax complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site. |
| 38 | Covering the office furniture like chair, table, almirah, rack and other utility, office documents etc. with polythene sheet before starting the painting works on ceiling and walls, removing the same after completion of works, cleaning all furnitures dust free as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site. |
| 39 | Hire charges for J.C.B., provision to be made with boom & bucket only at both side including supply of fuel etc., operator, 8 hours continuous duty to be done as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge at site. |
| 40 | Supplying, fitting and fixing of glow shine board on wall as specified below, made withthe following materials :I. G.I. plain sheet (0.5 mm thick) work at the four end side and back side II. 3 mm thick polyvinyl sheet.III. Internal electrical wiring including providing 3 nos. tube fittings of 1.20m length with necessary chockes, starters etc. complete in all respects.IV. Transportation charges of glow shine board from factory to job site including loading / unloading etc.V. Cost of fitting charges on wall with M.S. clamps, brackets, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site. VI. Electrical connection made with aluminum cable 2 core 4 mm2 from nearest power point to board as available within job site. VII. Timer. |
| 41 | Barricading with old G.C.I. sheet and bamboo frame structure, G.C.I. Sheet to be supplied by department and bamboo to be supplied by Contractor, bamboo spacing vertically 1.2 m apart and also horizontally 1.2 m apart, nailing properly at each intersection point. G.C.I. sheet to be fixed with screw, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site. |
| 42 | Fabrication & Erection of MS net with 6 mm dia plain rod @ 50 mm c/c spacing in both ways, frame work to be made with 19 mm X 6 mm size. MS Flat in Four sides. 19 mm X 6 mm size MS Flat stiffner to be provided @ 1.00 m spacing in both direction, continous welding to be made in every intersection point, logs and wall clamp to be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site complete in all respect. |
