Badminton Court FlooringVapour barrier 06 mil Polyethylene shall be laid on the IPS Surface as vapour barrier.Runner 45mm x 70mm x 1200mm Pine Wood shall be laid 350mm c/c Distance.Cushion pads 10mm Cushion pads properly stapled onrunner at 350mm c/c distance.Flooring – Teak wood flooring in size 20mm x 57mm/ 63mm/ 83mm in random length of 300mm to 1200mm tongue grove shall be installed over the runner.Sanding the floor thus laid shall be machine sanded properly to make the floor smooth.Finish two courts of 01k P.U finish shall be applied alongwith games lines sandwiched between01k P.U finish and court line marking.
