Part A:-Annual Operation of package type (2TR,5TR) air conditioning plant at Mortuary, Anatomy, Medical store block by deputing operator & Helper in one shift (8 hours shift) i/c routine maintenance of plant, electric panel & attending to all the faults.

Comprehensive maintenance of following AC Plants/cold storage for a period of one year including periodic servicing, attending to day to day complaints and replacement of parts etc. complete as reqd.(AMC shall be got done through OEM/Authorized Agency only), (a) Anatomy Block-3x2 TR Cold Storage, (Bluestar make)+Medical Store - 3 x 2 TR Cold Storage, (Bluestar make).
