For the assembly different bushes are used which is made from seamless pipe of 50mm OD and 5mm thickness & 50mm solid bar is used. Eeg press center frame is of 32mm NB made from B class Gl pipe. The seats and Back rests are fitted on the outer frames are made up of M.S. Sheet of size 330mm X 300 mmX2mm thickness and deep drawn and pressed in tools and dies to have uniform radius of 20 mm with no sharp edges. The leg press footrest consists of 25 NB made from B class Gl pipe. The pins used in are made up of 25 mm diameter hardened low carbon steel material. The Nut Bolts used for assembly are made from S.S. material. The bushes (stopper) used to avoid the collusion made from Poly Urethin Plastic material of 50 mm diameter. Surfing frame is of 32NB made from B Class G.I. pipe. Surf board handle frame is of 25NB made from B Class Gl pipe 300mm diameter x 10mm thick plate can be used for rotating seat of seating twister with 50NB vertical Gl pipe Closing caps made from high quality FRP material which is of 2 mm thickness. The pins used are made up of 17mm diameter solid bar. The bearing used are of 6203, 6205 permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed make. The nut bolts used for assembly are made from M.S. pre-galvanized maternal A17, A24, A34 circlips are used for assembly. The footrests are made from casted Aluminum material, having sizes 130mm X 310mm X 5mm thick. With the support of 310mm X 130mm X 3mm thick MS plate. It has Bolting provision for mounting on concrete slab. Polycarbonate sheet is used for roof with supporting frame which made from 25x25mm, 40x20mm MS pipes and 25mm NB B class G.I. pipe. MS 8mm thick round plate can be used for splitting roof structure from main frame. The powder coating done with Pure Polyester powders from Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with minimum 60 to 70 micron thickness
