NOTE: 1) The quantity of BFC indicated above is generally for normal/good soils.In case the soil resistivity is high , the quantity of BFC should be increased & cost of the same is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. 2). If the desired earth resistance not obtained the earthing shall be re-done by contractor without any extra cost to Govt . 3).
