Tender For Various Types Of Repair And Maintenance Work At Rajasthan High Court Guest House (C-30 And C-42), Jodhpur - 1 Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi and all scaffolding (for colour changing only) 2 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour completeincluding all scaffolding as per manufacturers specification. Two or more coats on new workincluding prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. 3 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade :One or more coats on old work. 4 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.
