| 6 | Renewaland fixing inposition the following size ofM.S square/Rectangular hollow tubular sectionsof best variety and approved quality for purlins for fixing the colour galvanum Sheet for roof inlcluding cutting the MS hollow tubular section to required size and placed in roof to required gradient and welded and providing necessary concrete for the hollow tubes embedded in the wall for rigiding by dismantling the brick masonry and redoing the same . The rate is inclusive of cost of square / Rectangular MS hollow tubular section labour charges for cutting welding and fixing in position one coat of red oxide primer and excluding cost of colour galvanum sheet and all the incidentalcharges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers . |

| 13 | Painting two coats of old wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. |
| 14 | Painting old wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) |
| 15 | Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) |
