Earth Excavation and making foundation with PCC, Supply and Installation of GI Pipe painted in aviation yellow mounted vertically in the foundation to a depth of 300mm, Supply and fixing of SMC box including SMC connector on the GI Pole, Installation of LED luminaire and making necessary connection. Supply and installation of MCB etc complete as required with following specification.A. SMC Box: • Minimum dimension of 300x200x105mmIP 55, including SMC Connector forlooping 2 No.s 3.5Cx25 Sqmm cable & fixing Single Pole MCB, provision for GI Earth Wire looping/Termination,• Suitable Holes for the following:o For compression gland fixing at entry of 2 No.s 3.5Cx25 Sqmm cables o For GI Wire entryo For interconnection between MCB,SMC Connector and LED Luminaire , D. Supply of 400W LED integral type flood light fitting with all accessories nut & bolts etc. as per the enclosed technical specifications and AAI preferred make(Model Reference :-Surya SLE FL 400W IP66 LIVIA G1 Y3) or with Equivalent specification

Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminimum Conductor armoured power cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part (i))3.5C X 25 sq mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930 Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc direct in ground (75cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/DWC HDPE Pipe as required.Upto 35 Sqmm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface/in recess/ in existing RCC/HUME/METAL/DWC HDPE Pipe for loop earthing as required.
