Taking down chowkats or frameexceeding 1.50 Sq.mand n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (withouttaking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Casement door /cupboards 30/35mm thick with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking best quality sliding bole 250mm diahaving transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware\"s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.(Glass shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemberovera coat ofprimer paint including two or more coat wall care putty to obtain smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.
