| 1 | Providing and fixing of following materials for electrification of C.S Drum storage area. The scope of work includes providing & installation of 180 to 200 Watt LED High bay fittings,110 to 120 Watt LED Street Light fittings and 45 to 50 Watt LED Flood Light fittings for surrounding area of shed and pathway. Providing and pulling of 3 Core X 2.5 Sq. MM copper cable (Colour Code: Red, Black & Green) inside conduit for giving connection to lighting fixtures. Fixing of 12 nos of JB of Size 100 X 100 MM for giving electrical connection to lighting fixtures with each JB Consisting of 3 no\"s of 10 Sq. mm TB. Providing and installation of 100 X 100 MM GI Box, the box shall be provided with 3 nos of 20 Amps single pole MCB\"s as incomer & outgoing completely prewired. The Box shall be installed on wall surface by providing suitable screws & grips. Supply and pulling 4 Core X 10 Sq. MM armoured aluminium cable with 2 numbers of 10sqmm gland. Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Maintenance free earth pit station. All as directed by the Engineer. |

| 6 | Providing of 3 Core X 2.5 sq.mm copper, multi strand, flexible cable (Colour Code: Red, Black & Green).The make of cable shall be of Finolex / V-guard / Polycab / Premier / Nicco / Sirco / Havells (One Roll/Coil is consist of 100 metre length). |
| 7 | Pulling of 3 Core X 2.5 sq.mm copper, multi strand, flexible cable supplied against item no.1.5 of SOQR. |
| 8 | Providing of 16 SWG 25mm dia rigid ERW conduit as per IS14768. (One Number / Length equals to three meter length). |
| 9 | Providing of ERW Elbow suitable for 16 SWG 25mm dia rigid ERW conduit as per IS14768. |
| 10 | Providing of ERW Bend suitable for 16 SWG 25mm dia rigid ERW conduit as per IS14768. |
| 11 | Providing of GI round junction boxes suitable for 16 SWG 25mm dia rigid ERW conduit as per IS14768. |
| 12 | Providing of GI flexible suitable for 16 SWG 25mm dia rigid ERW conduit as per IS14768. |
| 13 | Providing of GI saddles suitable for 16 SWG 25mm dia rigid ERW conduit as per IS14768. |
| 14 | Installation of ERW conduit supplied against Item No.1.7 of SOQR. The required hardware\"s such as screw and nylon plug / gripper is in contractor scope. |
| 15 | Providing and installation of Junction Box (JB) of Size 100 mm X 100 mm with each JB shall consisting of 3 nos of 10 sq.mm TB (Terminal Box). |
| 16 | Providing and Installation of 100 X 100 mm ABS/GI MCB box, the box shall be provided with 3 nos of 20 Amps single pole MCB\"s as incomer & outgoing completely prewired. The Box shall be installed on wall surface by providing suitable screws & grips. |
| 17 | Providing of 4 C X 10 sq.mm Aluminium armoured cable. The make of cable shall be of Finolex / V- guard / Polycab / Premier / Nicco / Sirco / Havells. |
| 18 | Earth work excavation in all Sorts of soil, soft, hard/rocky and laterite etc up to an average of 400 mm wide and 600 mm deep cable trench for laying the supplied 4 C X 10 sq.mm Aluminium armoured cable. Work includes Cutting / removing & clearance of bushes, grass & all other unwanted plants / creepers, preparation of base, laying the cable in the excavated trench and refilling the trench using excavated available good quality Soil; leveling / dressing & hand ramming. |
| 19 | Providing of Glanding, Termination and Connection of cable.:- Glanding, end termination and connection of the already laid aluminium / copper cable of required size - 4C X 10sq.mm aluminium armoured cable. Providing and fixing of suitable size brass double compression type glands as per requirement including supply of suitable Jainson / Dowel\"s make solder less crimping type aluminium / copper lugs. The drilling of holes on gland plate, providing of all hardware & consumables, gland & lugs required to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 20 | Providing of maintenance free earthing stations as per technical specifications. The maintenance free earth pit station made out of 2 meter length, 80 mm dia, 250 micron copper coated / GI pipe with back filling compound and masonry chamber or readymade FRP pit cover as per IS – 3043 at location shown by the Engineer. All the items to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope. And all as instructed by the engineer- in-charge. |
| 21 | Installation, testing and commissioning of above earth pit supplied against item no. 1.19 at location shown by the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope of work includes excavation of earth to the required depth and filling of pit with back filling compound after installation of earth electrode etc. All as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 22 | Providing of GI Flat of size 25 X 3 mm, GI coating of 60-80 micron, Industrial grade, hot dip galvanised GI strip suitable for equipment earthing. (1 meter of GI flat weighs approximately 0.60 Kg). Hence 50 meter is around 30 Kg. |
| 23 | Installation of spare supplied against Item No.1.21 of SOQR. Installation of GI flat of size 25 x 3 mm to 50 X 6mm. The job includes shifting, handling and cutting of GI flat. The GI flat shall be laid as per field requirement by welding to existing earth flat (the welded portion shall be applied with cold galvanising paint), clamping on wall / floor and connecting to earth pit and required equipment / panel / DB etc. with bolt & nut as per the field / site requirement. The hardware, clamp & all required accessories / hardware are in scope of contractor. And all as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
