Draining oftransformer oil from conservator of 160 MVA T/F-I AT 220 KV S/S Robertsganj into 209 Ltr capacity oil drums(Drum will be providedby the department)

Complete Replacement of old and damaged Gasket of 160 MVA-I Transformer for preventing oil leakage with new gasket as per required size of good quality including top cover,bushing,radiators,inspection plate,header valve,pipe line and conservator tank complete in all respect.including cost of all material,labour & T&P.

Safe carriage, loading and unloading of new fresh Transformer oil (2090 ltr) from 132 kv s/s Pasahi to 220 kv s/s Robertsganj.

Centifuging of complete T/F oil in Transformer by connecting centrifusing pipes circulating the transformer oil through PVT centrifusing machine and taking the BDV value of the oil preodically till the required value is achieved (oil capacity approx 55 KL). Centrifuging machine shall be arranged by contractor.

Testing of transformer oil after filtration at NABL certified lab
