Supply of trolley size of 3658mm length X 1929mm length width X2300 mm height with main chechis of size 100 mm X 50 mm MS channel of 6 mm thick, support channel of size 75mm X 40 mm MS channel of 6 mm thick and floor with 6 mm thick chequred plate. Side walls made up with welded wire mesh and rear door fixed by hings & lock. Axle 02 Nos of 63mm square, rim double plated 04 nos,Tyres 04 number size 7 -50:16 16Toe hookshall be made up forget Steel, suspension system axlel will be fitted with leaf spring and rough covered with GI sheet. Fuse mounting is of 63X63X 40cm box pipe including connection between transformer and switch fuse box, 500 amperes men switch 4 pole with HRC fuse protection,50X50X5 mm MS Angle and 75X38mm \"C\" channelclamp 2 nos for transformer. Carrying capacity of 5 Ton for mounting of 400 kVA transformer (Driving up trolley attached) rate should be quoted by the contractor inclusive of the following.
